The 19th Annual Creekwood Fishing Derby is set to make a splash on Saturday, March 14, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at Creekwood Park in The Woodlands, Texas. This beloved event invites anglers of all ages and skill levels to enjoy a morning of fishing and family fun.
Participants are encouraged to bring their own fishing rods, while bait will be provided on-site. This catch-and-keep event allows attendees to take home their catches, with complimentary fish cleaning services offered by the Woodlands Professional Firefighters Association. Additionally, free T-shirts will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, so arriving early is recommended.
Prizes will be awarded for the longest, heaviest, and smallest fish caught, with official measurements provided by the Woodlands Bass Club. The event also features valuable community information shared by Neighborhood Services and the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office.
