Tornado Strikes Northwest Houston, Damaging Over 100 Homes

Additionally, a residential fire was reported at Spring Cypress and Doerre Road, believed to have been caused by a lightning strike during the storm.

 

The Houston Fire Department dispatched saw teams to assist with clearing fallen trees and debris.
